Air flowing through the OE air scoop is greeted by an enlarged high flow air filter and quickly fed into the engine, assisting power gains across the rev range especially in the higher rpm’s whether you on stock or tuned ECU. 

Excessive heat from the engine bay is blocked by the heat shield.
